Why 21 Days?

Have you been able to do this on your own?

Most of us talk our own selves out of following through with the changes we wish to make. When it is just us and our own mind our mind usually finds an easier way! It’s been shown scientifically that we can retrain our habitual patterns, but it takes at least 21 days.

Who is asking you the hard questions?

Typically our family and friends want us to be happy. They sympathize. They cajole. They stick up for you. BUT, are they able to call you out on the excuses, the deflections, the blame and finger pointing that you do? When it’s time to change, you need to take a close look at THOSE habits.

What do you have to lose?

Engaging with a coach can feel intimidating or scary at first. To have to tell your story to a stranger (even a kind, well-meaning one) can be extremely uncomfortable.  But at the end of the day, if there are big changes you know you need to make in order to be happy and healthy, a little discomfort to the ego is a small price to pay.

 My Approach

For this 21 Day “New Normal” program, I have created a system of daily accountability for you as you complete the daily assignments we create and agree on during our weekly calls.   Remember, I’m your coach, not your best friend.  You will be held accountable to doing the things you say you will do to accomplish the things you say you want to accomplish. Along the way, we will most likely uncover some interesting belief patterns, ingrained stories, and other types of self-sabotaging behaviors. Hey, they are all like water off a duck’s back to me! My approach is simple: tell me what you want, let’s make sure it’s reasonable, and then let’s create the roadmap to get you there.

What you get:       Daily accountability, planned workouts, planned calories and macronutrient amounts (if desired), 30 minute weekly calls on the phone, Zoom or Facetime, supplemental reading lists, access to business mentors, recipes, websites, and any other resources that will help you achieve your goal.  But what you really get, is the formation of a new habit that will carry you far into the future.

It’s exponential.  What you can accomplish in 21 days is nothing compared to what you an accomplish in 64.  Essentially, when you commit at this level, we have the time to break apart the old habits, instead of just creating new ones. We have the time to SEE the changes together and celebrate those wins more often.  Those wins can be primarily seen physically, in your relationships, your career, or all of the above!  This package includes 60 min weekly calls as well as daily accountability texts.
